2. Intellectual Property

• All content and work created by Bizkey Solutions remains our property until full payment is completed.
  
• Client-provided content (logos, assets) remains the client’s property.
  

3. Payments

• Late payments may delay project delivery or incur additional charges.
  

4. Confidentiality

Both Bizkey Solutions and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details, proprietary data, and communication.

5. Revisions

Standard project agreements include a set number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bizkey Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do our best to deliver excellent service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website or software operation.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate services with notice. Clients are responsible for payment for any work completed prior to termination.

8. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
